If you’re here, I consider myself lucky. I hope these words inspire you not to give up hope. When the odds are stacked against you - when you’re standing alone in the corner, when you’re terrified to move - please remind yourself, you can do this.

Do it shaking.
Do it scared.
Do it crying.
Do it strong.
Do it weak.

Whatever you are going through, keep going. I don’t know what it looks like on the other side. But I know it’s worth the fight.
